Preface: Hello paid Substack subscribers! This is my first paywalled essay. I want to take a little time to explain paywalled vs public essays. I want to write and share writing more often, which means less stressing about fully researched formal writing. These private essays will be about things I observe that I want to share little meditations about. I also want to engage with these topics with an audience that I trust and with people who will approach the writing in good faith (versus a certain letter mononym app).
